Do I need a doctor's referral to book an appointment?

No referral is needed for most physiotherapy, massage or acupuncture visits. Some extended health insurance plans do require one for reimbursement — check with your insurer if you're unsure.

Do you direct bill insurance?

Yes. We direct bill most major Canadian insurers including Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, Green Shield, Desjardins and more. We also bill WSIB and motor vehicle accident claims directly.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Please bring comfortable clothing you can move in, any relevant imaging or medical reports, your insurance details and a list of medications. Arrive 5 minutes early to complete your intake form.

How long is a typical session?

Initial physiotherapy assessments are 45 to 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are typically 30 to 45 minutes. Massage therapy is available in 30, 45, 60 and 90-minute blocks.

Do you treat motor vehicle accident injuries?

Absolutely. We are an experienced MVA rehabilitation provider and handle OCF-18 and OCF-23 paperwork on your behalf. There's no out-of-pocket cost when treatment is approved by your insurer.

Are you a WSIB-approved provider?

Yes. We are registered with WSIB and coordinate directly with your case manager and employer to build a safe, sustainable return-to-work plan.

Can I bring my child for physiotherapy?

Yes. We treat patients of all ages including youth athletes. For paediatric patients under 16 a parent or guardian must accompany them to the appointment.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer the spot to another patient. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Do you offer custom orthotics and bracing?

Yes. We complete a full biomechanical assessment, take a precise cast or scan and provide premium custom orthotics and medical-grade braces. Both are typically covered by extended health benefits.
