Call us or book online. We confirm your address, the primary concern, any recent surgeries or hospital discharges and your insurance details so we can direct bill.
2. In-home assessment (45–60 min)
Your physiotherapist arrives with a portable treatment table and equipment. They review your history, assess your movement and pain, and design a written plan around your goals and home environment.
3. Hands-on treatment
Every session combines manual therapy, targeted exercises and functional training — practised in the actual spaces you use, from your bed to the stairs to the kitchen.
4. A home program you can follow
You get a clear, written home exercise program with simple demonstrations. Family members and caregivers are welcome to be involved.
