Kinesiology Taping (K-Tape)
Support, stability and pain relief without limiting movement.
- Applied by registered clinicians
- Latex-free and water resistant
- Wear for up to 5 days
- Great for sports and post-injury support

What kinesiology tape does
K-tape is a flexible cotton tape designed to move with your body. When applied correctly it lifts the skin to reduce pressure on pain receptors, improves lymphatic drainage and gives injured tissue subtle mechanical support without restricting motion.
How we use it in your treatment
K-tape works best as part of a bigger plan. Your clinician chooses the pattern, tension and direction based on your assessment.
- Pain reduction taping
- Muscle facilitation and inhibition
- Postural correction taping
- Swelling and bruising control
- Joint support for return-to-sport
